AOTEAROA-NEW ZEALAND

As Marist Sisters of  Aotearoa New Zealand we share our lives by living together in communities where we support each other in our ministries and through our daily prayer.

We are a multicultural group of women who live simply with a family spirit which reaches out to those around us and to those among whom we work.

Keenly aware of the state of our world and especially of the poorest, we gather frequently to assess our responses and adapt to changing circumstances.

We also take a keen interest in our sisters in other parts of the world and look forward to hearing of their activities through our international websites and other forms of communication. As part of the Society of Mary, with whom we share common French origins, we maintain contacts with the other branches.
