Our journey continues...

Our Sisters participating in the "See, I make everything new!" renewal share highlights from the past week.  

We were warmly welcomed by the Marist Fathers in the General house and Fr. Thilo Saft sm gave us input on "The new church and Marist values'. Our reflection  confirmed that the Marist charism that we share, is still relevant for walking on the path of Synodality today. The Holy Eucharist was celebrated followed by an enjoyable meal.

 

David Sanchez sm guided us through the streets of Rome in the footsteps of Father Colin. We admired his dedication, faith and determination to carry forward the approval of the Marist project despite all the obstacles he faced.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

The pilgrimage to Assisi guided by Fr. Peter Foley OMI brought another spiritual dimension in our renewal. The radical life lived by Sts Francis and Clare, hold a profound message to live the essence of our religious vocation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sr. Paula Jordao, from Verbum Dei Missionary Fraternity, gave us two days of formation rooted in the biblical perspective to live as Consecrated women in our middle years.
