See, I am making everything new!

We, the sisters participating in the renewal group, come from Brazil, Fiji, The Gambia, The Philippines, Senegal and Rome.

In the first week, we were introduced to the meaning of renewal, and encouraged to be open to change and transformation.

We are now building an intercultural community that shares its greatest gifts.

We had the opportunity to visit the Catacombs of Domitilla. Here we began with the joyful celebration of the Eucharist, and strongly felt the witness of the Early Christians and Martyrs of the Church.

We also remembered the Pact of the Catacombs signed by over 40 Bishops towards the end of the Second Vatican Council. In this context of faith, hope and love, each of us put our signature to our own pact to continue the Marist Mission with the vulnerable and marginalized people of our world.
