Jubilee Celebrations
On Thursday 18th July the Carrick-on-Shannon community celebrated the Platinum Jubilee of Sr Imelda (70 years) and the Diamond Jubilee of Sr Veronica (60 years) with morning prayer, followed by the celebration of the Eucharist. In the late afternoon the community travelled to the Waterfront Restaurant, Cootehall for dinner.
We thank Srs Imelda and Veronica for their dedicated service to the Congregation and the Unit of Ireland.

Congrats to Sr Imelda and Sr veronica. That us a great milestone to reach. I have known both for a long time. Sr Imelda has done so much in our local community for which we are so grateful for. Will visit very soon. Kathleen
