Feast of the Immaculate Conception
The Feast of the Immaculate Conception is the patronal feast of the Philippines. It is a holy day of obiligation. Srs Lilibeth, April, Sheila and Edna are delighted with the way they have decorated their chapel.
They were grateful that they were able to visit they were able to visiit the Davao Prison and Penal Farm. They took some ‘rice porridge’ with them and shared it with the 84 prisoners
Sr Sheila is serving the rice porridge.
That evening the children from of Balay Banaag came to visit the Sisters and sang Christmas Carols. If you look carefully you can find Srs April, Sheila and Lilibeth.
