Celebrating 25 Years of Marist Sisters in Philippines

During the year our Sisters in the Philippines marked 25 years since the first Marist Sisters arrived in the Philippines. Srs Torika and Veronica (both from Fiji) arrived in the Philippines on 26 August 1998 to begin our mission there. 

The photos show Srs Monica, Edna and April celebrating in Davao while Srs Lilibeth and Sheila (who were in Rome on renewal) received a gift for the community from Superior General Sr Sylvette..  The Marist Sisters in the Philippines work with Youth, (especially those abandoned, at-risk and homeless), and with women at risk and their families. We continue to pray abundant blessings upon their ministries in Davao.
