Working on the Marist team at the Sydney inner city parish of St Patrick's, Fidelis noticed that there are no street vans in that area to provide for the homeless. She and a band of helpers are offering a Saturday breakfast in the church grounds. 

Another Sister writes: One of the beautiful things about these mornings is the sense of happiness at breakfast, the men so comfortable and seemingly at home at our tables, and the volunteers warm and welcoming to the guests. Fidelis espouses the importance of interacting with the guests, and hearing their stories.

And one of the guests says:  ' this is the best,it's like home, and friendly' - Another asked for prayers for his mate who is going through a bad time at the moment.
