Marists, part of the relief effort
Recently there were a series of earthquakes on the island of Mindanao, south-west of where our Sisters live Eight people died on one occasion, five on another. Thousands of people were evacuated. Many lost their homes. The Partners in Marist mission (lay and religious) joined the effort to distribute aid and to simply be present to people in their suffering.
