A Special Experience

Edna, Joséphine, Mari, Maristela, Marlene and Noela have expressed deep apprecation for this time in Rome and especially for Anne's guidance. Following the workshop organised by JPIC Roma, they had a day in Assisi and deepened their passion for the Care of our Common Home. Another outing took them to the Catacombs of St Domitilla,famous for the Pact of the Catacombs made by 42 Bishops at the end of Vatican II - calling for simplicity of lifestyle. They have also shared deeply with one another the situations of pain and sorrow in each of their countries. And of course, they saw Pope Frances - quite close!!They go home, forever united now, enriched by all they have shared together. Read full report here.
