 Theme 2: Balance and Self Compassion

We spent three days reflecting on ways to find the balance which comes from within; and about Self Compassion (connectivity, mindfulness and kindness). One of our initial activities was a walk of trust in pairs with one of the two blindfolded. We also shared times when we have experienced Self Compassion at a personal level and at community level as well as a Congregation. 

Later we had the opportunity to listen to one another naming what Self Compassion looks like for us in our own experience and from our Marist Mission.
