OUTREACH TO THE LUMAD

It was a  long journey on the 11th March, which took our community in Davao to Marahan a parish administered by the MJs (Missionary of Jesus) to do their Lenten charity. The journey involved crossing a hanging bridge, riding a motorbike, and walking for two hours to reach their destination. At Marahan they  were warmly welcomed in the Chapel as their hosts shared their faith stories. After the celebration of the Eucharist the Sisters distributed the thirty  bags of school supplies for the Lumad (indigenous)  students
