 UNANIMA International Board Meeting

For the first time since February 2020 UNANIMA International Board members were able to meet face to face 15-17 September 2022. The meeting was held at Thomas Berry Place in New York. The Marist Sisters were represented by Sr Noelene Simmons. Participants were provided with a report on the various United Nations events at which Director, Jean Quinn, and Executive Assistant, Lara Hicks, had represented the member congregations.

Of particular significance is the contribution UNANIMA International has made to the Commission for Social Development. UNANIMA International will be represented at COP 27 focusing on women and children, and displacement.
