LAUDATO SI PROJECTS

On 19 February the JPIC team of the Congregation came together to reflect on the responses that each Unit made to the Laudato Si project. Present at the meeting were Sisters Anne, Viv, Monica, Gemma, Marlene, Edna, Josephine and Mari.

We were pleasantly impressed that there were so many initiatives on the part of the Sisters, all appropriate to the geographical situation where they live. The commitment to care for the Common Home, which we saw reflected in the projects, filled us with hope.

There is no doubt that our Marist charism, which calls us to simplicity, impels us to strive to collaborate in building a better environment.
