A faint jingling of bells was heard around the hills of Hythe as the evening drew in on Christmas Eve. All was revealed as the stamping of hooves echoed on the patio outside Villa Maria Conservatory and the unmistakable echo of Ho,ho,ho ushered in the long awaited Father Christmas. What joy he radiated as he moved around the group delivering his gift bags each individually prepared.
At long last, as Covid restrictions were eased, New Malden and Upper Holloway joined the Sunninghill community for a long-awaited Christmas celebration. And what a joy it was to 'see' each other in the flesh!
