"Consecrated Life: A Living Exegesis of God's Word"

Anne and Viv were invited by UISG to contribute to the Formators' Training Course from 20-23 April. There were 44 participants mostly from Africa and Asia. Due to COVID-19, it had to be done on-line. They write:

In the light of the topic, we decided to make Lectio Dìvina an integral part of our presentation. So we looked at the daily readings for that week - four key words emerged: Seeking, Recognising, Receiving, Living. These provided a focus for each of our days.

In addition to the daily practice of Lectio Divina, we used stories, video clips, PowerPoints as well as processes for personal reflection and small group sharing. Managing the feedback from the whole group was challenging but the fruit was rich...

We consider this work a privilege and once again we learned much from the experience - spiritually and technologically!
